At the beginning of the semester, the colony was educated about the Crisis Management Plan during a meeting. The Lt. Commander thoroughly read over the plan to the colony and gave in detail examples of situations that may occur. He also spoke about the importance of a chain of command and how to instruct any questions to the voice of the Colony, the colony Commander, during the course of any situation and anything events after the fact.
Minutes from meetings:
"Josh went over the Crisis Management Plan with us. It is available on the GIN system website."
The Crisis Management Plan has also been made available online for any candidate to download via our community file share within GIN System.
Chapter has conducted Session 7: Accountability from Module B of All-Chapter LEAD.
The colony conducted Session 7: Accountability from Module B of All-Chapter LEAD following a weekly Monday night meeting. Just recently, our Commander, Dustin Daigle, returned from the Southeastern Inter-Fraternal Conference (SEIFC) convention, where he learned a number of techniques to enforce accountability. Dustin, along with our LEAD Chairman, Gbadebo Adewusi, facilitated the session with a number of actives that focused mostly on personal accountability and how each individual's actions carries an impact on the entire organization. At the end of the session, each member was asked why he joined Sigma Nu and what he believes the values of Sigma Nu and how each person make more efforts to strive to live a life of Love, Honor, and Truth.
Chapter creates a culture of accountability among its members
Members are constantly held to a standard that hold them accountable for not only, their actions, but the actions of their brothers. An example of each brother being held to a higher standard can be seen in our bylaws, specifically in our "Fraternal Image" bylaw. In this bylaw, members are expected to maintain a positive image for Sigma Nu no matter the circumstances.
Bylaws:
1. This includes any members’ actions at any event, whether related to Sigma Nu or not.
b. A member’s representation on a social network is the sole responsibility of the account holder."
-Article Eight Section Three
Colony has established a system of accountability and discipline.

When a candidate is referred to Honor Board and is found guilty of the filed grievance, the Honor Board is then charged with the task of sanctioning the guilty party and ensuring that all requirements are fulfilled.
Bylaws:
"A. The following actions will render the corresponding sanctions:
1. Any missed unexcused meeting will result in a $25 fine.
2.Any missed unexcused mandatory event will result in a $25 fine.
